When I was a sophomore in high school my Grandfather passed away. While my family gathered together in the funeral home, my Grandmother was sitting on a couch staring at the open casket and crying her eyes out. Then, a very sweet young girl came and sat next to her. After taking a seat, she pulled out pieces of candy from her pocket and handed then to my Grandmother to make her feel better and stop crying. Just like her mother would do to her.

To this day when I think about that I smile.
